Hey! I'm determined to rediscover music as a fun hobby and learn to enjoy the process of jamming/ creating things, rather than only focusing on the result (which is stressful and never really encouraged me to sing or play in my free time). I have 8 years of music school behind me, along with 5 years of singing in a jazz teenage band with lots of performing experience and recording in the studio, from the age of 12 to 17. As an adult, I only played in a band (not consistently but it was FUN) and recorded myself on several random occasions. It was stressful. I'm still a perfectionist there and it doesn't allow me to enjoy the process of singing or creating something. Moreover, I never really enjoyed doing it on my own, unless I wanted to upload the final product on youtube. Then I'd be super engaged, but it would also be exhausting. It's time to change it though, so here I am.
